Jake Charles Wilson passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior on August 30, 2017. He was the cherished son of Charles and Diane Wilson and was born on July 12, 1983 in Mesquite, Texas.
Jake grew up in Terrell and he attended Terrell schools and was involved in Boy Scouts where he achieved the level of Eagle Scout. Jake graduated from Terrell High School in 2001. He then graduated from the Desoto Fire Academy and at the age of 20 met the love of his life, Brandi Sadler. Jake and Brandi were married at New Frontiers Cowboy Church where he and Brandi became praise and worship leaders and eventually Children's Pastors. He began working in the gas pipeline industry and was very successful, making many friends that he called family. Jake loved fishing and hunting. Most of all Jake loved and adored his wife Brandi and his children, Jacob Elisha, Joshua, Sariah, Dani, and Justice. His relationship with God and his family were the most important things in his life. Everyone that knew him loved him. He was fun to be around and loved life. Jake will be missed by so many.
Jake leaves so many to carry on his legacy of love and generosity including his wife, Brandi Wilson; children: Jacob Elisha, Joshua, Sariah, Danielle, and Justice; parents, Charles and Diane Wilson; as well as parents-in-law, aunts, uncles, extended family, church family, colleagues and a host of friends who loved him and will miss him dearly.
Your support and contributions will enable us to provide scholarships for children.
Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint.
